A warm and harmonious  welcome awaits you at ‘SINGING ALOUD’! 

We are a vibrant choir for female voices, based in Letchworth, and  we are a choir with a difference.  We sing A Capella –  which is an exciting and rewarding way to sing and it’s also very easy to learn!  Come for a FREE trial session!

We sing a wonderful mix of harmonies from a wide range of song styles including pop, traditional, gospel and world songs plus anything else that we think sounds amazing.

You do not need to be a strong singer, all you need is a reasonable singing ability and enthusiasm.  You also don’t need to be able to read music as all songs are taught by ear, with audio back up for practice between sessions.

Being part of Singing Aloud will give you an uplifting experience harmony and friendship.

If you’re hesitant about coming along on your own – don’t be!  Nearly everyone has started by coming along on their own – we are very friendly!

Following your trial session, if you then choose to join, the cost is £9 per session (including refreshments) which is due  on a termly basis, and there are approximately  10-12  sessions per term .

We usually have a concert at the end of each term for friends and family, with a raffle to raise money for a charity of our choice.  Last year we raised £620 for Doctors Without Borders.
